Local Pick-up
The local pick-up handling fee for this item is $5.00. If you are making a local pick-up, it is very important that you call us at least 24 hours in advance at 978-562-4450 so that your order can be processed before you arrive. Local pick-ups are subject to 5% sales tax. Local pick-ups must be picked up within seven (7) days of auction close. Local pick-ups can be made between 11:00am and 4:00pm (CST) Monday through Friday or by appointment. A storage fee of $3.00 per day will be assessed to any items not picked up within seven (7) days of auction close.

Shipping
Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States only. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is available on select products for an extra charge, so please contact us for shipping rates to those locales. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. A street address is required. Orders will be processed and shipped within two (2) days after confirmation of payment. Tracking information will be e-mailed when it becomes available. We ship via UPS Ground Service. The combined shipping, packaging, handling, and insurance cost for this item is stated in the shipping section of this auction. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer combined shipping with this item. Please note that we will ship your product ONLY to the address on file in your eBay account. Your product should leave the warehouse within the time specified in this listing. Shipping times noted are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you via e-mail if we become aware of any delays or changes in inventory status. We will send a tracking number to the e-mail address on file with your eBay account when we have confirmed your order has left the warehouse. Your product will ship via the method specified in this listing. Each shipping method has its own standard for time in transit, delivery to your home or business, etc

Return Policy
We GUARANTEE your satisfaction with our 14-day Return Policy on our on-line orders. If you wish to return your product, you can arrange for this within 14 after the item is delivered to your address. Just contact us and we will issue you a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#). You must re-pack the product in its original packaging with all materials, components, accessories and manuals included. Orders returned not in the original packaging and missing any materials, components, accessories or manuals will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to our standard 10% restocking fee. If there is any breakage of the product during return shipping due to your inadequate packaging actions we will reserve the right to withhold a refund of your purchase price. Please make sure that EVERYTHING is returned with the product and that the package has all its original packaging materials in order to avoid breakage during return shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee to cover our expense of fulfilling your order. Sorry, but we are not able to refund your original shipping charge. Return processing time generally takes one week after we receive your return item. If your original order included free shipping, (meaning shipping was included in the price or your purchase), you will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and less the 10% restocking fee.

Damaged or missing components or incorrect product received 
Contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order in the unlikely event you receive a product that is missing parts or damaged and we will provide a full refund and file a freight/shipping claim. Our customer service team will arrange this for you. If a replacement is made, it generally leaves our warehouse within one week or your claim. Because of the limitations of the availability of our products, we might not be able to replace items damaged in shipping or missing components. Product shortages or damages MUST be reported to us within 3 business days after you receive your order or we will be forced to deny your return request. Always thoroughly inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it to make sure it is in proper physical condition and contains all the correct components of your order. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of our listings. Unfortunately, do to our volume, mistakes sometimes occur. If you receive an item that is not as described in our listing, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item and we will work to correct the issue.

Unpaid Items
Unpaid items will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
