Shipping
We offer shipping to all 48 continuous United States and to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

• FREE SHIPPING offers are only available to destinations in the continental US. Free Shipping is not available on packages shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses. A shipping fee will be applied after the order is placed for these destinations.

• Slickskinz reserves the right to substitute the selected shipping carrier/method with an equivalent shipping carrier/method.

• Estimated carrier shipping time does not include our order processing time.

• Failed deliveries by reason of customer's absence at requested shipping address, or bad address, will result in a surcharge if reshipped. Failed deliveries will not qualify for a full refund.

• Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment. Please see individual item listings for specific shipping cost and information.

Processing Time
Since every order is made specifically for you, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Sales Tax
An 7.0% Sales tax is applied to all orders shipping to Nebraska.

Slickskinz does not provide installation support . Use included application instructions. Please use care in application process, there are no returns on items once they are removed from backing.

Return Policy
If you believe that the product you received is defective you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before returning the product(s). To obtain an RMA please email us at Slickskinz. Products shipped back to Slickskinz without a Return Merchandise Authorization ('RMA') number will be rejected and returned back at Customer's expense. Please read this return policy:

• Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Slickskinz within 48 hours if any products are missing or damaged.

• All return requests must happen within 14 days from the date of receiving the product(s).

• A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returns for refund, and non-defective items shipped back to Slickskinz.

• If your return is tested and found to be in working order the items will be re-stocked. We will then notify you that your RMA has been changed to an in-house credit.

• All direct replacements are limited to product availability. If an exact replacement for a returned item is not available, a credit will be issued.

• Shipping charges are non refundable. If a return should take place on a FREE SHIPPING item(s), the actual original shipping/handling costs, a minimum of $5 are non refundable.

• Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Slickskinz is NOT responsible for any packages lost or products damaged during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee.

• All returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material. If any component of the returned product is missing Slickskinz will reject the entire return.

• Products must be returned within 14 days from the issuing date of the RMA number. All RMA items returned to our warehouse after 14 days from the issuing date of the RMA will be refused and shipped back at customer's expense.
