SHIPPING: We will ship within 2-4 business days after payment clears. PLEASE PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER for shipping purposes. Items may be delivered to a business address OR to the closest freight terminal nearest you for pick up (usually UPS freight - you may check which terminal is closest to you by clicking on www.ltl.upsfreight.com). Residential curbside delivery is also available for an additional $80... you will need to assist the driver in unloading your merchandise off of the truck. If you need a lift gate during delivery drop off, please let us know because the freight company charges extra for that service. Any damages or shortages are guaranteed ONLY if they are stated on the freight bill before you sign. LOCAL PICKUP IS AVAILABLE.

DAMAGES: It is normal for the packaging to show some wear and tear during shipping transit so please be sure to open the boxes and check that there are no damages. When your item is received, you must inspect it for damages or shortages before the driver leaves. Do NOT sign the freight bill until you have checked your items. If there are any damages or shortages, it must be written on the freight bill and then signed by you and the truck driver (drivers are REQUIRED to wait for you to inspect your items, if they do not wait for you to inspect, please note on the receipt "driver will not wait for inspection"), or a claim will not be filed and we will not be refunded and cannot replace the merchandise. No exceptions! All sales are final.

RETURNS: We offer a one week guarantee. If you don't like your merchandise, you have 7 days to let us know you would like to return it. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the return. You must repack everything into its original boxes and crate it for return shipping. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Once we receive your return and check it for any damages or shortages, we will issue your refund minus 20% restocking fee minus the original shipping charges and minus any damages or shortages from your return.
