 SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All items will be processed within 2 business days and will be shipped within 3 business days by FedEx Ground.  Therefore, we need a physical address since FedEx will not ship to a P. O. Box.  A tracking number will be provided after the item is shipped.  All shipments are fully insured and we take care of all the claims hassles.  Since oversized items may be shipped by Freight, it's recommended to use a business address for freight shipments to save time and money. 

The shipping charges quoted in this auction are for shipment to the Continental 48 States only.  Hawaii and Alaska email me for shipping charges.

 RETURN POLICY

For damaged or defective items: Report any damage or defectiveness within 7 days of shipment arrival.  We will replace or refund the full cost of item when replacement is unavailable.
