SHIPPING
Shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday with the exception of applicable holidays. We receive great shipping rates and we try to pass these savings on to you with most items shipping free to your home or special offers are given on shipping!!! Insurance is included to replace any damaged pieces that have proper documentation. Please note that if you are ordering three or more pieces its possible we can offer a discount depending on the items and as long as all pieces are going to the same destination.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!...PLEASE NOTE...We ship FREE to locations in the Continental United States. Sur-Charges applies for Canadian shipments. For shipments outside the US, please CONTACT US. International rates apply.

Most of your purchased items are shipped via specialty furniture carriers for delivery. FURNITURE CARRIERS MOVE SLOWER-AND CAN TAKE UP TO 3-6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY
Shipment Updates will be given via email. Furniture pieces are handled by our white glove delivery agents-and you will be contacted by the delivery provider for an appointment. Mallery Hall LLC will not be held responsible for storage or redelivery fees if you refuse your item for any reason. We require payment of all such fees before items can be redelivered.

Mallery Hall LLC and the European House and its affiliates are not liable for any furniture damages when customer uses their own contracted Freight Carrier. All items are inspected prior to leaving manufacturers and are in excellent and new condition. It is customer’s responsibility to track freight, insure condition of freight, and filing any necessary claims.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns on our Distressed Leather or Custom Items, so please be sure before you purchase that you are purchasing what you desire. We do however guarantee you will receive your items in the condition as described. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All other undamaged furniture pieces may be returned in their original packing crate within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs both to and from the customers requested destination, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. You must contact us for authorization prior to returning any piece. Returns are not accepted on custom items, liquidation or clearance items. No refunds will be issued on items returned that are damaged. Any returned items that are found to be damaged upon inspection at the time of arrival will be refused & the package returned to you (the shipper) for claim processing.
