Horstmann's NY & PHI backmarked Civil War Pennsylvania state seal staff cuff button. A harder Northern state button with a harder to find pre-1865 backmark. There are no dents, dings or pushes. The shank is straight. I mail multiple wins together for one fee. A nice addition to your confederate or union sword, button, plate or buckle collection.
