Return Policy:

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products.  All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise, except for items listed in the Exception Section. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.

Items may be returned only with prior authorization.

Inspect the package with the driver when receiving, if in the rare case that package were damaged during transit; please have the driver make a damage note, then report to us within 5 days of arrival. Please keep damaged items in the original packing box, MUST take at least FIVE pictures as proof of damaged and email them to us.  We will file damage claim with the carrier and send you new replacement or issue refund after they exam the damaged items and approve the claim.


All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where Justuffxpress has made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer. In this case, customer must contact Justuffxpress to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up. Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or a full amount refund of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. Justuffxpress must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery.

Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.

Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a refund will be issued less 25% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.

Shipping Policy: Due to security and fraud concerns, WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY AND WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY IF YOU'RE UNWILLING TO ABIDE BY IT. All DVD & Blu-ray movies are ship via USPS Media Mail or First Class Mail, estimated delivery time can take 5-12 business days. For all international orders (outside US), customers are responsible for the custom and import duties. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Actual shipping date is contingent upon the availability of merchandise and payment verification. Quantities of the item(s) are not guaranteed and subject to availability. All items are shipped after the order is verified and confirmed. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and federal or California state holidays. Please note that we usually generate a tracking number one or two business day before the item actually ships out, therefore it will show as invalid on the courier website before the item is picked up and scanned by a courier service representative. Occasionally, some items are on back order, meaning that we are unable to ship them out within the time frame mentioned above. In that case, we will contact customer via email to change the back-ordered item to a different one or cancel the order altogether.
