From the noted wildlife artist, David Lash, comes this decorative artwork piece, signed in ink and dated 1976.

The image is a detailed pen and ink drawing of a Gray Squirrel with a watercolor background of a tree limb and leaves on pure white.

Professionally double-matted and framed in dark brown wood.
Ready to hang in your home or office.

The frame size is 19 1/2" in length x 23 1/2" across x 1 1/4" wide.
The visible image only is 15 3/4" x 11 1/2".

EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION with no damage or fading.

A very small area of light discoloration, which is barely noticeable, is noted on the mat at the bottom on the left. The wood frame could use a bit of stain touch-up.

From a non-smoking protected environment. Please note our photos show severe camera light reflections of the frame's glass.

"A resident of Flagstaff, AZ and a long time lover of nature, David hikes, bikes, kayaks and enjoys the outdoors every chance he gets. His work includes abstract elements combined with a direct and honest potrayal of wildlife.

He was influenced by a number of painters to include Robert Bateman, Andrew Wyeth, John Singer Sargent and Mark Rothko. His work shows great attention to detail particularly in the rendering of his wildlife images, yet that detail is back dropped in an abstraction that shows a random complexity, echoing nature."
