Shipping: Shipping Method - USA and Canada:
US customers – We ship USPS Priority from Alexandria Bay, NY.
Canada customers – Canada Post parcel from Kingston, Ontario.
Although we are located in Kingston, Ontario Canada, Because of the proximity of Kingston to border, we ship for our US customers from Alexandria Bay NY.
Canadian customers please include 5% GST, Ontario residents will also need to include 8% PST.
Due to excessive quantity of our shipments, we usually ship on Fridays. Thus, we need to receive the payments by Thursday 12 noon so that we can have your auction ready for the next day.
Returns: If an item you receive is different than I've described, I will promptly refund all your money upon its safe return. However, customers who abuse eBay's feedback system and leave a complaint instead of contacting me and giving me a chance to make things right are not eligible for refunds.
