 Materials Used

Solid knotty pine is the type of wood used for the indoor and outdoor wooden products unless specified.  Appearance, size, and quantity of knots will vary.  MDF is a medium density fiberboard material that is heavier and has a harder surface than solid pine wood.  In some applications where products are to be finished in a solid color, MDF may be substituted for pine when beneficial.  For xample, all tables and vanities finished in solid white use MDF as the material for the top surfaces.

Natural Step Stool - Personalized

Often imitated, but still the best quality solid wood contruction of any Child's stool on the market.

For use in the bathroom, bedroom, closet or kitchen - anywhere children need a handy step up. It has a built in carrying handle and is sturdy enough to support an adult. Steps are 5" and 10" high. The stools on this page are constructed of solid pine.

Since all Little Colorado products are manufactured by us in our own facility, they start out as raw wood or MDF. We can offer every product unfinished at lower prices if you want to stain or paint it yourself.

As a gift, it is even more special when personalized.
