Payment:

Although Paypal is preferred I will also accept other eBay approved methods. Payment is expected within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made. Please ensure that you have a confirmed shipping address. I make every attempt to establish communication through Ebay to facilitate a smooth transaction. In the case of non-payment for winning auction- the results will be non paying bidders strike through eBay and the item will be relisted.


Shipping:

Continental US Buyers to pay Shipping and Handling rates reflected in the shipping calculator. Purchase will be shipped USPS Mail. I do ship worldwide. International bidders, please contact me as to find out your shipping charges charges. I pride myself in fast shipping and great customer service. After your payment is confirmed and cleared, your item will be shipped within 2 business days. I also ship on Saturdays. I do ship with delivery confirmation so that your item can easily be tracked on the USPS.com website. Insurance is optional, but please know I will not be held responsible for items once they leave my hands. MAKE SURE YOUR eBay / Paypal SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CONFIRMED AND UP TO DATE!!!

Terms of Sale:

I do try my best to represent each item as accurately as possible. Questions are welcomed and will be answered in a timely manner. As a policy - no returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless items are misrepresented. Most pictures are of the actual item listed unless otherwise noted - such cases would be a stock photo fo an item for the retail trade. Product colors cannot be guaranteed due to the differences in monitor settings, which are out of my control.

I try to describe items accurately and with as much detail as possible, however I am not an expert on everything and therefore may overlook a detail that may be important to you, so please ask if you are unsure of an item's condition. Any condition of an item stated in any of my auctions is my opinion only. Please note all details in listing, and again, questions are welcome.

If item is not represented as described or is defective a refund will gladly be given. If in the event of a return, returns must be in original condition with original packaging. Please notify me within five days of receipt of purchase to arrange return.

International Bidders:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International Government regualtions prohibit such behavior.
