Our scrapbook inspired photo birthday invitations have a unique 3D look.
They are not individually embellished. The embellishments, your picture and personalized text are
professionally printed directly on the photo birthday invitation creating a charming and delightful keepsake!



You can choose to have your photo cards printed on photo paper or cardstock. Prices include envelopes.
Sizes are below:

Photo Paper:
4x6 = $1.45 ea
5x5 = $1.55 ea
(Square envelopes require additional USPS postage. 5x7 envelopes can be requested at no additional charge).
5x7 = $1.55 ea

Cardstock:
5x7 = $1.75 ea
5x5 = $1.75 ea
(cardstock only comes in packs of 25).

We use the best printer in the US! We do not use drug store labs. Our printer sells to professional photographers and uses Kodak Professional Supra Endura VC Digital Paper with a lustre finish . Supra Endura VC paper has an increased color gamut, excellent flesh reproduction, sharpness, and brilliant image quality.


We also provide the best short run Press Printed Photo Cards in the photographic and printing industry. Using state-of-the-art HP Indigo digital printing presses with real liquid ink, the color quality and consistency of our press printed cards are top-notch!

HOW THIS WORKS:
1. Bid on the auction.
2. Please email us @ rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com with the following information:
*design choice
*exact text
*picture emailed as a file attachment. (Do not resize or edit your picture to ensure the best possible resolution)
3. I will email you an adjusted ebay invoice reflecting your total. Please wait until after your adjusted ebay invoice has been sent before you submit your payment.
4. You will receive your proof within 1-2 days.
5. Upon proof approval your order will be promptly processed and shipped.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:


FREE SAMPLES: If you'd like to receive a sample pack to see the difference in quality our products provide, please email rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com with your mailing address and your choice of sample pack:
birthday invitations, birth announcements, baby shower, Christmas cards or combination pack



PROOFS:
Proofs are emailed after payment, picture, text, design choice, font choice are received.
A FREE proof will be emailed in approximately 1-2 business days.
One FREE revision (proof #2) is provided upon request.
Additional or revised proofs (proof # 3+) are $5.00 each.

SQUARE PHOTO CARDS:
USPS requires extra postage on square envelopes. If you are ordering a square design, you can request that 5x7 envelopes be substituted for 5x5 envelopes. 5x7 envelopes do not require extra postage. You can make this request at no extra charge!

MINIMUM ORDER:
We require that you order at least 25 cards (including stationery, mommy cards, and gift enclosures. )
*We will accept an order of 20 photo birthday invitations. I realize that some birthday parties are small family parties.
All other categories are 25.
We have a minimum set because you are not paying only for the paper, you are paying for the design and designer's time as well! When you check out, if you do not order the minimum of 25 cards, we will notify you and send you an invoice for the difference. We appreciate your cooperation!


TERMS:
No refunds or exchanges unless the final product is different from the approved proof. Please make sure all text and pictures are correct before approving the proof. Once approved, no changes can be made. I will reprint with a 25% discount.
If paying with paypal, please confirm that your address is correct on your paypal account when making your payment. I use paypal to print shipping labels and the address that's registered to your paypal account will be the address your order is shipped to unless otherwise stated by customer at the time the order is placed.
Cancelled orders are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Color Variations: Slight variations in the printing process may occur from order to order. Colors may also vary slightly from hard copy samples. Actual colors shown on our website may vary slightly, as all monitors display colors differently based on individual capabilities.

Shipping


USPS Priority mail ($7.75) is a 2-3 day service, but is not guaranteed by USPS. With processing time, orders will be received approximately 5-8 business days post proof approval.

USPS Express mail ($20.00) is an overnight or 2nd day service depending on your area. It is guaranteed by USPS. With processing time, orders will be received in approximately 3-5 business days post proof approval.

Rush Delivery ($30.00) includes rush shipping and rush processing. If only photo cards are ordered, your order will ship within 1 business day via UPS Next Day Air and will arrive within 1-2 business days post proof approval. If photo cards and another product (such as labels) are ordered, your order will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Express mail and will arrive within 2-4 business days post proof approval.

All shipment options include insurance!
