Simply plug in the radio specific DIN connector of this cable into the back of your Pioneer IP-Bus radio. At the other end of the harness, plug in your iPod with the iPod specific connector, any other mp3 player, other device, such as cell/mobile phone, PSP, NDS with the traditional audio outputs with the 3.5mm headphone output; and enjoy the sound you have come to expect from your quality mobile devices.

  • This cable is 5 ft/ long with Pioneer IP-BUS connector on one end, iPod dock and 3.5mm male headphone mini jack inputs on the other.

  • Charge your iPOD. (need to connect 2 wires to your vehicle)

  • Play your music through your PIONEER head unit (must have PIONEER IP-BUS CD changer input)

  • You can't connect a CD Changer to the head unit at the same time while this cable is connected.

  • Just plug one end of this cable into the CD changer input in the back of your stereo, and your IPOD to the iPOD dock connector,  or the male mini jack to the mini jack input on the device.

  • Control and display remain on the audio device -- the PIONEER headunit will NOT control or display text.

    Please activate the correct source (i.e. AUX / EXT / CD-CH) on your headunit for this adapter!
