When your package has been processed you will receive a tracking number. I take my time to make sure every package is packed well. Once the item leaves my hands and is placed into the care of the postal workers, I am no longer responsible for packages. Even though I pack well, some items may be damaged or even lost during shipping. I recommend buying insurance especially for breakable items to cover against things that are out of our control. If you choose UPS or FEDEX insurance is automatically included for up to $100 of coverage.
