Jay Spectre with Geoffrey N. Bradfield. Introduction by Paige Rense. POINT OF VIEW: Design by Jay Spectre. Boston: Bulfionch Press (Little, Brown), 1991. States First Edition. Oblong quarto, hardbound in glossy white boards with black titles, decorative endpapers. Original pictorial dust jacket. [viii], 160pp. Profusely illustrated in color and b/w from photos and drawings.

Spectre (d. 1992) was a NY-based interior and furniture designer noted for his interiors for offices and luxurious homes. His design company, Jay Spectre Inc., incorporated Art Deco, Asian, African, and other influences in a blend of high-tech with hand craftsmanship. Bradfield was Spectre's business partner. These are fabulous modern interiors.

CONDITION: The book is Near Fine with a trace of wear to the boards and an inked gift inscription on front free endpaper. The binding and hinges are excellent, pages are clean and unmarked. The jacket is Good with edgewear and creasing to the top edge; price-clippes. Nice copy.
