If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Returned items which received free shipping will have the actual shipping charge plus a one dollar handling charge deducted from your refund.
