14 days after the buyer receives it | * Items not meeting your expectations that are still new and unused in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange on the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.
* Please email us first to obtain instructions. Buyer is responsible for the additional shipping of the exchanged item. If item is returned for a refund then a credit of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee will be promptly credited to your Paypal account upon receipt and inspection of the return.
* If we sent you a wrong item , we will pay for the return shipping costs after we confirm the case.
