Domestic Shipping:  We ship 4-5 times per week, always Priority for clothing and shoes.  S/H for clothing is set by the zip code of which the buyer lives.  Each additional clothing article purchased, within a 72 hour window is $3.95.  For Shoes, S/H is flat at $14.95 for the first pair, and $6.00 for each pair thereafter within a 72 hour window.  If item ending times extend past the 72 hours AND you notify us ahead of time, we will work with you for a reasonable shipping amount.  Insurance is available on all domestic shipping.  We list it as optional, but be advised that if insurance is not purchased, then we are not responsible should an item(s) become lost or damaged in the mail.

International Shipping:  We do not ship to Brazil or anywhere in South America, Mexico, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Bangladesh, or the Middle East. Should you bid or win an auction, we will cancel immediately, re-list the item and file an Unpaid Bidder Dispute with Ebay.  Priority International S/H is as follows:  For clothing items, Canada is $15.95, Europe is $23.95, and Australia is 29.95.  Just as in domestic shipping, buyers may combine S/H charges at $3.95 for each additional item won within a 72 hour window.  For shoes, Canada S/H is $22.95, Europe is $36.95, and Australia is $39.95, with $6.00 charge for any additional pairs won within a 72 hour window.  THESE PRICES ARE SET !  Please do not email us and ask us to reduce the S/H.  Emails pertaining to such will not be answered.   Insurance is NOT AVAILABLE for International shipping.  We ship internationally 1-2 times per week.  From the day we ship, it takes 4-7 business days for the item to reach any foreign country.  After that, we have no control over the postal service of said country for delivery.  There have been times that it can take a foreign postal service 4-6 weeks to deliver the item.  Upon shipment, we will email international buyers their US Customs form number.  Should an international buyer desire tracking info, which will affect the S/H charges; it must be communicated to us PRIOR to bidding and/or payment so we may get an accurate price for you. 

Returns:  We handle returns a couple of ways.  If the item has been misrepresented by us in any way, upon receipt back of the item and inspection, we will issue a 100% refund, provided the return, or at least notification of a return, occurs within 7 days of receipt of item.  Should the item be returned as it does not fit, or for any other reason that is not the fault of us, the seller, we refund purchase price only, minus any fees incurred.  As an item not fitting is not our fault, we do not refund S/H, Ebay or Paypal fees, or any other fees incurred in this instance.  Should you, the buyer, wish to return the item for the reason of misrepresentation or other reasons, and wish to receive credit to use in our store, we will work with you to credit a fair and accurate amount, up to, but not surpassing 100% of funds paid to us.

Feedback:  We believe in feedback for every transaction.  Lately, there have been some buyers who, for lack of a better description, like to play games with feedback ratings.  We no longer leave feedback until we have confirmation from the buyer that they are satisfied with their purchase.  Once we have been notified of that (usually in the form of feedback left for us), we will leave feedback, however we only leave feedback once a week, usually on Sundays.  Sometimes, we do miss one or two a week, but we will make that up as soon as we can.  Please do not email us asking for feedback, but rather trust us in that if you paid for the item, and are satisfied with your experience with us, rest assured you will receive positive feedback from us.  We do not like to leave negative feedback, however should a buyer not pay for an item, after repeated attempts to collect funds due to us as a result of a completed transaction, we have an obligation to our fellow Ebay sellers to advise them of the issue of non-payment from a particular seller; obviously in the form of negative feedback.
