US Postal Service (USPS) Shipments: Items are shipped via US Postal Service with tracking number and USPS do not scan consistently. Majority of items are shipped out within 48 business hours after receipt of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us, most customers will receive their items within this time. You may contact us for tracking information after the 14 business days have passed. Please do not ask before 14 business days have passed since you made your payment, all the tracking info we have is here.
International Shipments: International Shipments do not have a Real Time Tracking Number. We do have a Customs and Mailing Number but it can not be tracked on USPS website. Please give it 20 business days before contacting us.
