SHIPPING POLICY

This item is BRAND NEW and comes directly from my distributor's warehouse. When received it is opened and inspected for flaws or mal-function. It is guaranteed to be in MINT and GOOD OPERATING CONDITION when shipped. It is WELL PACKED in a factory produced conformed styrofoam core which is designed to withstand normal shipping conditions. Once a package is dropped off at the post office I cannot be held responsible for rough postal handlers. Therefore, if your item arrives damaged or lost in transit you MUST participate in the insurance claims process.

I will NOT be responsible for INCORRECT shipping addresses in your PayPal profile. If an item is returned because of address problems, you will need to pay the additional amount to have it reshipped. I RECOMMEND you check/update your Paypal profile before purchasing an item. If you ask to have the item shipped to an address other than what is listed on your Paypal account, then the item will not be covered by the Paypal Buyer Protection Policy.

If you live in an apartment I will not be held responsible for postal carriers that may leave your package at your doorstep. Since I've had packages stolen that were left in front of apartment doors, I recommend you make arrangements for someone to accept your package if you will not be home when delivered.


SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Every effort will be made to ship your purchase within 48 hours of payment received unless otherwise noted in the specific listing. In the event I cannot ship your purchase within this time frame I will notify you via Email as to the shipment date. If I am away on a short trip or an extended vacation my listings will remain active but I will post a Vacation Notice at the top of my listing with my return & shipping date.

International Shipping times can vary according to your Countries Customs Policies. Priority Int'l Shipping time averages 6 -10 days. The USPS makes NO guarantees you will receive your package within these shipping times since each country processes their Customs differently. 99% of my packages DO arrive within these average shipping times and sometimes even sooner. However, some countries such as Italy & Canada have occasionally been known to take as much as 3 weeks for packages to get through Customs. PLEASE remember this ESPECIALLY during the holidays that have a high volume of shipping.

If you need the item in a hurry or want Express/Expedited Shipping, please email me and we can make arrangements to get it to you in a hurry.

REFUND POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with the item I will gladly accept returns postmarked within 7 days of receipt. You MUST contact me prior to returning the item. Returns must be in the SAME condition as received and in the ORIGINAL packaging. Refunds will be given for the full purchase price LESS shipping, insurance, and handling cost. You will be responsible for return shipping and confirmation. If you return the item without insurance and it arrives back to me damaged or lost in transit then a refund will NOT be granted.
