Shipping and Handling
Order(s) will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment cleared.
We charge flat shipping rate for all customers. You will get discount automatically by the time you check out all items together. Combined shipping and handling discount is ONLY ALLOWED IN ONE SINGLE PAYMENT or TRANSACTION. Separate payments are considered separate orders and will be charged full shipping.
Most shipments are made by USPS First Class Mail.
- Due to variation of postal service in different areas, some areas may take a little longer. Please be patient. Thanks!
- If available, tracking information can be viewed on PayPal once your item is shipped. The package had to arrive your country inquiry or you received only then to be able to display.
- Shipping for you within 48 hours after payment cleared.
- We have not local pick up service.
- Please verify your address on Paypal. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
- If more than 4 weeks has not received. Please contact with us.
Terms of Sale
All sales are final. However, for utmost consumer satisfaction, our customer service department will assist you with your return considering the below:
• Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first 14 days of receipt.
• All returns and exchanges on cell phone accessories must be received within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions! A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
