There is no refund or returns on consoles. All consoles have been check/tested & do work. Please make sure that this is the part you do need, ask questions & I will try to help. We do not rent parts out! Once you purchase the part it is yours, we have no control over if the part will fix your problem but once again ask us questions before purchasing so you know if you need it or not. Sorry about this but we have gotten many returns due to people thinking the part will fix their problem & it does not, or shipping us back a bad part after it has been damaged due to installing it wrong.
