You are Looking at A Tiny Little Teaset. It has a lable on the bottom of it that saysNobel Bal made in china. The bigger plate is almost 4 inches across. It has a Windmill on it and a scence, by water and two ducks in the water. It is in good condition. Then there is a little teapot with a Windmill on it and Soooo cute, It is 2 inches tall. Ithas two little plates they have on them windmills as well and not quit an inch across, 2 little cups they also have windmills on them and tiny, and a tiny creamer.
