		Payment Winning bidder notification with checkout and payment instructions will be sent to the buyer within 24 hours following close of auction. For shipped orders, we accept Paypal & credit cards only, we do NOT accept international credit cards. For local pickups, we accept Paypal & credit cards as prepayment & we accept credit cards for paying at the time of pickup, we do NOT accept international credit cards. Orders paid with a credit card must be shipped to the billing address, no other address will be shipped to. Orders paid with PayPal must be shipped to a confirmed address only, no other address will be shipped to. Buyers are required to provide payment within 5 days from auction close. Late payments may result in order cancellation, and negative feedback for the bidder. Please allow 2 to 3 days from payment date for all orders to be processed.
		Sales Tax IL residents and anyone picking up merchandise will be charged 7.25% sales tax.
		Shipping At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, A.P.O., P.O. Boxes or addresses outside of the continental United States. All items are shipped via UPS ground unless stated otherwise. Larger items may be shipped by truck on a pallet. We don't combine shipping on computers, servers, laptops, printers or monitors. Pickups All pickups are charged a $15.00 handling fee. We are not a walk-in store, please allow 2 to 3 days for order processing. Legacy will contact the buyer when the order is ready for pickup. We are closed on weekends.
		Customer Service Unless otherwise stated items are guaranteed for 30 days from auction close. Extended warranties are available on most items through Squaretrade. If a warranty is available a 'WARRANTY' link will be available at the bottom of the listing. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for defective product returns. Please contact us for a RMA. For defective items we will e-mail a call tag for the item, once we get the item returned to us, we will then send a replacement. We do not offer advanced replacements at this time. For warranty repairs we ask that the customer cover the cost of shipping. If you purchase an item in error we ask that you pay our eBay and transaction fees. These fees are 15% of the invoice total. Refunds are only provided if a product is defective, and a replacement is not available. There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all non-defective returns.
