Fees

Shipping

SHIP WORLDWIDE, except Australia or Pacific Rim UNLESS PAYPAL VERIFIED.  All items are shipped USPS Priority or UPS ground unless otherwise specified in the auction description. We use www.usps.com and www.ups.com for shipping quotes based on actual weight and destination.

Due to extended shipping time frames, shipments outside the USA are not guaranteed unless payment for EMS shipping is accepted.

Delivery

Auction number and clear shipping information must accompany any mailed payments, or delays in shipping may occur. We ship two times a week; however receipt of payment dictates shipping day. Typically 2-3 days after receipt of payment, package will ship. We are NOT responsible for lost shipments, please be aware of this. IF INSURANCE option is paid for by you then you are protected, otherwise you are NOT. Any lost shipment is NOT the responsibility of the seller.

Refunds & Returns

All auctions are sold AS-IS. If not happy with the product shipped, you may return the item(s) within THREE days of receipt and a store credit of actual price on auction less a 15% restocking fee (NO refund of shipping and handling fees) will be applied.
