• We accept Pay pal. 
• All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is ended. We reserve the right to file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended. 
• We charge 8.75% sales tax for items shipped within the state of California.
• All shipments are made via United States Postal Service with tracking number provided.
• For international addresses, please contact us for shipping fee.
• Shipment will process within 24 hours after payment is received, tracking number will be sent to buyer once the item is shipped.
• All defective items must be reported within 7 days.
• We will not re-send item before we receive the returned item from buyer.

Die-Cast Heaven wants to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase or purchases from us.  If you are not 100% satisfied please return the product in the same state that you received it and we will refund the amount and the shipping cost you paid on the product when it was first sent out.  The following procedure would need to be followed first:

1.  The product needs to be returned within 7 days upon receipt.

2.  The product would need to be shipped back to Die-Cast Heaven at your cost with a tracking number.  This could be the least expensive shipping of your choosing.  Remember return shipping would be at your cost.

3.  The product must be received and inspected by Die-Cast Heaven before any refund is sent back. 

4.  If an item exchange is available, you may choose to exchange the item; the same procedures for a refund would apply.
