 This item is mint in the box and has never been displayed or removed except for inspection. 

Shipping is $6 by USPS Priority Mail and does not include the insurance. 

I offer discounted shipping when purchasing more than 1 item.  Shipping is regular for the largest item.   $5 for each additional building.  Additional accessories are $2-$4 each depending on their size.  To get the discount for multiple items they must be paid for on one invoice
