VERY IMPORANT!! Shipping Lead Time: We require 1 to 2 weeks processing time as our products are a little different then other kinds of things you'd buy on-line. Allow and additional 5-7 days for delivery.
Our products are hand-singed, hand-numbered by the artist. If matting is purchased, they are then matted at that time. Each item is final inspected to insure that it leaves our facility in the best possible condition. Print products require great in handling and packaging.
If you need an item by a certain date, we're happy to work with you to meet those special needs but the information above is our "normal" processing requirements. |

| Guaranteed Delivery Insurance: is required for $1.50 per shipment (not per item) and has no monitary value. This insurance guarantees replacement of your print should it be lost or damaged in shipping. Please keep in mind that, on rare occasion, packages do get lost in the mail. Dantel Art will work dillegently with you to make sure you receive the merchandise you paid for as quickly as possible. These situations do require a bit of time and patience.
