Since all Little Colorado products are manufactured by us in our own facility, they start out as raw wood or MDF. We can offer every product unfinished at lower prices if you want to stain or paint it yourself.

*Pine is used for natural and stained items.  MDF is used for items having a painted finish. The MDF material we use provides a superior and more durable surface compared to pine wood when painted a solid color. The MDF material is smoother and more consistent since it does not have
the surface imperfections present in pine wood!

 Materials Used

Solid knotty pine is the type of wood used for the indoor and outdoor wooden products unless specified.  Appearance, size, and quantity of knots will vary.  MDF is a medium density fiberboard material that is heavier and has a harder surface than solid pine wood.  In some applications where products are to be finished in a solid color, MDF may be substituted for pine when beneficial.  For xample, all tables and vanities finished in solid white use MDF as the material for the top surfaces.

Stock Status:                                     

Rainbow Furniture and Gifts does not have its own personal warehouse. All items are located in the manufacturer's warehouses all over the country.  We have access to thousands of items and Ebay has no way of linking inventory to each manufacturer.  We take great pains to try and keep up with stock status, but it is near impossible because inventory changes on a daily basis.  Unfortunately, once in a while an item could be sold that is not in stock.  PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING :)    

In the off chance that your item is out of stock, you can:   1.) Receive it once it is back in stock.  I can usually give you an ETA.  2.) Get a full refund within a few hours after requesting it.   3.) I can in most cases offer you something similar even if you do not see it in my store.  An image and description will be emailed.
