Charcoal Companion Wood Chip Smoker Box
This wood chip smoker box will make you feel like a real gourmet chef without any effort.
Made of stainless steel, this smoker box works with gas, electric and charcoal grills.
Simply place two or three handfuls of wood chips in a bowl and cover with water, wine, beer, fruit juice or other flavored liquid.
Soak the wood chips in liquid for at least thirty minutes. Drain, and place wet chips in smoker box.
If using charcoal, place the smoker box directly on the hot coals.
If using a gas or electric grill, place the smoker box below the grill grate, directly on the heat source.
Cook food as usual.
As the wet chips heat, they will begin to smoke, giving your food a rich, aromatic and smoky flavor.
