PAYMENT
Ø We accept payment via Paypal, cashier’s check, or personal check. Please note that your item will not ship until your personal check clears the bank, approximately 8-10 days.
Ø When making a payment via Paypal with a pending Echeck, please note that your item will not ship until it has cleared – this usually takes 4 to 6 business days.
SHIPPING
Ø Shipping charges will apply to all auctions, unless noted, and items will not be shipped unless appropriate shipping fees have been paid.
Ø If you are planning on purchasing more than one item, please email us and let us know when you are done shopping and we will be happy to recalculate your shipping costs. In most cases, it will be the original shipping cost plus $2.00 or $3.00 per item after that, except in the case of very heavy items.
Ø Saddles are shipped individually. We do not do combined shipping on saddles.
Ø We use both USPS and UPS Monday through Friday.
Ø The shipping fee posted on the auction site applies to the lower 48 states. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and all International items ship USPS. Please be aware that if you live in either Alaska or Hawaii the actual shipping might be higher than what is quoted in the listing.
Ø We make every effort to ship the following day after payment has been received, Monday through Friday. If a problem occurs with shipping your item immediately, we will contact you via email.
Ø If you have any special shipping requests, i.e. Next Day Air, Postal Express, etc., please contact us and we will do our best to oblige!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Ø We appreciate our International Customers and are always happy to help you in any way.
Ø We use USPS for all International Orders.
Ø The shipping service we use most is USPS International Priority Mail. But sometimes we use Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box, or Global Express. All have different shipping and delivery times and prices.
Ø Please email us with your country and the items you are interested in purchasing and we will be happy to give you a shipping quote.
Ø Because of rising costs, we are forced to charge a $25.00 handling fee on all saddle orders shipping to an International Destination. This applies ONLY to saddles and not any of the smaller items that you purchase. Please be aware of this additional handling fee when placing an order for saddles.

v Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
v Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying.
v These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company, or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
v We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Ø You, as a customer of Anderson’s Saddlery and Boot Repair are very important to us and we take the security of your information very seriously.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Ø You are welcome to return or exchange an item if, after you receive it, it is not going to work for you.
Ø Exchanges for different color or sizes or even different items are welcome. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping of the item to us and also the shipping costs to send out the replacement item.
Ø Returns for refund are also accepted. Refunds on returns will be for the price of the item minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fees apply to all items including saddles.
Ø Items must be returned in new unused condition; if items are returned used, we cannot accept them.
Ø We inspect all items before they ship, but sometimes we do miss things. In the rare case that you may have received a defective item, please contact us and allow us to correct the mistake. We can replace the item, exchange it for a different item, or refund your money. The item must be returned to us first and we must render the item as defective or not as described. We are more than willing to work with you, the buyer, to correct any mistakes that have been made.
Ø Please contact us with any concerns you may have in regards to your item. Returns must be requested with seven (7) days of receiving your item. Please allow us enough time to respond and help you with a return or exchange.
