o    When is payment due?

§   Payment is due within 2 days of the auction close.  Tickets will not be shipped prior to payment. 

o    What are the seat and/or row numbers? 

§   Seat numbers are only provided to the winning bidder for the privacy of the seller and the buyer.

§   In some cases, row numbers may also only be provided to the winning bidder for the same reason.

o    The event is soon; will you be able to get the tickets to me on time?

§   If you are unsure of whether or not you will receive the tickets on time, please e-mail us through ebay

o    Can you combine shipping on multiple orders?

§   Yes, provided the orders occur within the same business day.  If they will not, please alert us so that we can hold off on shipping your tickets until the appropriate time.

o    Will I be refunded if the game is canceled or does not happen?

§   Yes.  100% of your purchase price less the shipping you paid.  Refunds, less shipping, are only given for canceled events. Refund requests must be placed within 30 days of the event's cancellation and the tickets must be returned. Refunds will not be given for rescheduled or postponed events.
