You are looking at a PLAN and LIST of MATERIALS from the sill sealer to the ridge cap for a 24' Wide x 30' Long Garage with second floor storage area and outside stairway. This (Barn or Gambrel Style Roof) garage has (1) 16' wide x 7' high overhead door, two walk doors, (2) 48"wide x 36" high windows, 18" gable overhang and 18" eave overhang. Gable height is 19' 2" from floor to roof peak. This plan consists of (what you will receive): (2) 17" x 22" Floor Plans, one showing openings and stud locations and one showing truss layout. (2) 17" x 22" Elevation Views. (2) 17" x 22" Framing Views. (NOTE!)---Our plans are NOT A COPY out of a magazine or garage builders hand book!
