I HAVE COMPLETELY REMOVED THE COLLAR AND TRIMMED IT WITH A NATIVE AMERICAN FABRIC AND PUT IT ON THE FRONT, BACK AND CUFFS AS WELL. I USE JERZEE SHIRTS AND CAN DO THESE IN SIZES S TO 5X.
