Shipping

Expedited shipping takes between 3 to 6 business days.

Standard mail takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive.

Regular (media mail) shipping takes 7-14 days, although in some extreme cases can take up to a month.

Tracking numbers are available on items over 5 pounds. Items under 5 pounds please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

International Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. International customers expect 10-21 business days for delivery. We do ship from the United States.

Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification.
