All of these items are BRAND NEW and have NEVER been used. They will come to you from a smoke-free environment.  The Dining Room has seven pieces--4 chairs, a rug , a table the extends to reveal a cake and a Grandfather clock, which is the "Hot Spot" plug-in. Spring Cleaning includes 5 pieces--a washer and dryer that stacks, step stool, broom and vaccuum, which is the Hot Spot plug-in for this set.


Shipping for this collection will be $6.50  within the continental US. The collection will be shipped Parcel Post unless the buyer specifies Priority Mail
( for the higher fee). International Buyers are WELCOME, but please email me for a shipping quote based on your country before buying.
