TNM Outdoors wants you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem please contact us first so that we can make it right. "We do care" and consistently go out of our way to please our customers!!
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm CST.
If you have a question about a product we carry, that cannot be answered by viewing the manufacturers website, please contact us thru the eBay message system. We answer most questions within 24 hours Monday - Friday. We do not work every weekend so please be patient.

To better serve our valued customers we ship from several warehouses located through out the USA. Generally all items ship within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Items sent by expedited shipping will ship the next business day after payment has been recieved.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase by PayPal or Credit Card. If something happens and you are not able to make payment within this time period, please contact us. We can work with you.
We charge 5% sales tax for all sales to Wisconsin.
All items are in stock at the time of listing. On the rare occasion that an item would be out of stock you would be notified immediately and given the option of a back order or an immediate refund. If we do not have an ETA for a particular item we will refund your payment right away.
Returns:
All returns require prior authorization.
TNM Outdoors will accept returns of unwanted items in new re-saleable condition less S&H and a 10% re-stocking charge. There is no re-stocking charge if the item is being exchanged for another similar item.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to us plus any exchange shipping costs back to them.
Defective Item Received
Defective items will be given a full refund of the original purchase price including shipping or an exchange. You are still responsible for the return shipping to us.
Non Returnable Items
Blister packaged items cannot be returned once opened unless defective. All returns must be complete with packing slip and all original factory paper work and packaging.
No returns on red dots, scopes or sights if they have been mounted or scratched or put into use.
No returns on personal hygiene products, mouth calls, scents or replellents if they have been opened.
All warranty returns are to the manufacturer.

Shipping Notes:
Shipping labels are printed using your ship to address shown in PayPal or eBay. Information is imported when the label is printed. Please make sure that your information is up to date. We will not be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect or outdated address. You will be charged if we have to re-ship your package.
Email item shipped notices are sent thru eBay and PayPal Shipping. Please check your junk or spam mail if you do not receive them before contacting us.
All packages that are returned to us marked as refused will be charged a 15% fee and shipping costs.
Combined Shipping
We will combine shipping on most multiple purchases whenever possible to save you money.
When purchasing multiple items, you must wait for an invoice before submitting your payment in order to receive combined shipping. We cannot refund for shipping once payment has been made.
Items that ship from different locations do not qualify for combined shipping. Please see the ship from location for the item(s) you are purchasing to determine if we can combine shipping.
If you have a question about combined shipping, email us thru the eBay message system with your zip code and the eBay item numbers of the products you are interested in.
International Shipping Notes:
International shipping is based on weight to your country. Please use the shipping calculator located below the ad.
Customer is responsible for all International duties or taxes. We will not lower the value on customs forms.
Italy Note: We cannot send dutiable packages to Italy by First Class Mail.
All International orders over $50.00 US are sent by either Priority Mail or Express Mail and all orders over $100.00 require insurance at buyers expense.
International Shipping Options
First Class International.
First Class International is not insurable and does not have a tracking number. Delivery time varies from 10-15 days but can take as long as 30 business days or more depending upon delays in customs.
A phone number is required for all First Class International shipments.
TNM Outdoors is not responsible for any first class mail shipments once they leave the USA. All first class mail shipments are scanned at the time we present them for shipping so we have proof that they were sent.
We no longer offer first class international mail on orders over $50.00. All orders over $50.00 US are sent by either Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Priority Mail International
Priority Mail International is insurable and has a limited tracking number. Delivery time varies from 6-14 days but can take longer depending upon delays in customs. All Priority Mail shipments over $100.00 require insurance.
Express Mail International
Express Mail International has a tracking number and includes insurance up to $100.00 US. Insurance over that amount is available based on value of the package. Delivery varies from 3-10 days but can take longer depending upon delays in customs.
