  My shipping prices are not padded I do charge $1.00 extra to cover the cost of my shipping material. (If a flat rate shipping is posted then the $1.00 cover charge is not added. You pay the flat rate charge only). I charge by weight and if I am off more than $1.00 I try to refund the customer. I don't like to be taken advantage of by paying a higher shipping price and sellers making more money by doing that.
