Boys Youth Size XL or XS. Please refer to measurements for proper fit.  I have found that different shirts do run differently in size.

The SLEEVES were measured form the neck to the end of the sleeve.  This shirt does have a cuff.

The tag on the shirt XL.  Approximate Measurements= Armpit to Armpit=20 in.  Top to Bottom=27 in and Sleeves=29.5 in

The tag on the shirt XS. Approximate Measurements= Armpit to Armpit=16 in.  Top to Bottom=21 in and Sleeves=23 in.

It features PIPLUP TURTWIG and CHIMCHAR.
