GOLIGHT REMOTE CONTROLLED LIGHT REMOTES:
Golight Remote Control Type(s): Wireless.  Radio based, 433 MHz (not infrared). No wiring required. Remotes powered from internal 12 volt batteries (included) that last approximately 1 year.  Small red LED light indicates active remote button.  Golight remote controls effective to 250 feet through all manner of wall buildings and vehicles.  Individual remotes can be programmed to work with individual lights or the same light based on positioning of dip switches inside each remote.  

Golight Remote Functionality:  4 buttons control up, down, left and right movement of motorized Golight.  Pan and tilt function of the Golight continues while the buttons are depressed. When the operator releases the button, the Golight stops and holds position.  On/off button included on remote.  Fast and slow button (turtle/hare) control speed of the motor while pan and tilt function buttons depressed.  12 seconds for a full 370 degree rotation and 8 seconds for full tilt on fast mode.  Slow mode is used to pinpoint accuracy at distance and is approximately 35 seconds for full rotation and 20 seconds for one full range tilt. 

Golight remote controls can be programmed to work with one Golight light or control several Golights simultaneously.
Replacement remote controls are readily available.

BEAM ANALYSIS:  In the pictures below, we contrast the 65 halogen bulb (first picture) with the 35 watt HID bulb (second picture).  While the halogen will reach 1800 feet, it is fairly weak at that range.  However, it is far better than most other implementations of higher wattage halogen bulbs.   The extra thick filament and quality Philips production make it a very effective halogen.  However, the 35 watt HID bulb (the second picture) produces a tighter, bright white beam that chops through other lighting sources (street lamp) to provide consistent, true color visibility to distances of 3000 feet.  This road ends at 2650 feet, but we have tested this light to at least 3500 feet.  To be conservative, we commit to 2800 feet, since we have measured this test site.

Housing:  ASA Luranheat resistant, high impact, weather resistant housing with highest quality UV resistant material.
Gears and transmission parts/engineering:  Lexan, brass and stainless steel prevents rust, corrosion and oxidation that could impair performance.
Motors:  Automotive grade 12 Volt D.C. High Torque Characteristics include:
