Sundown Coast sells only new factory direct items in original packaging with valid warranties unless otherwise specified. Should you experience a problem with your purchase please call 530-242-1732 or email craigsundowncoast@att.net to address the issue.

If your item has manufacturing defects we will replace it if it is still instock or refund your purchase price. Please note that some manufacturers require buyers to deal directly with them on warranty issues. We will do all we can to help in those cases.

Refunds are given on purchase price only. We do not refund shipping charges.  California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax on the purchase price.

 
Domestic Orders: Orders from U.S. residents received before 12:30pm Pacific Time Monday -Friday are shipped the same day. We ship via Priority mail and UPS ground however, speedier services are available. Insurance is mandatory for items over $300.

International Orders: International orders are shipped by tracked Express Mail and insurance is required. International customers please provide your telephone number for inclusion on the customs declaration form. Orders are usually shipped within 3 days after payment. We are happy to combine shipping charges for multiple item orders.
