I won your auction, how do I pay/checkout?
You should receive an e-mail with a link to checkout within one hour after the auction closes. You can also check out by following these steps (but you
may have to wait up to one hour for eBay to exchange information with our server):
(1) Go to www.marketworks.com
(2) Click on "Pay for an auction" at top of the page
(3) Enter your auction item number
(4) Enter the e-mail address that you use on eBay.
(5) Click "Go". This will take you to the check out form.
Do we accept PayPal as forms of payment?
Yes, please e-mail us through the eBay Contact Us links and we will gladly
provide you with our PayPal e-mail address..
Why do you only ship to the USA and Canada? I am willing to pay additional to ship overseas.
Warehouse Point cannot arrange for different customs documentation and shipping fees outside of North America. We do not ship outside of North America -
no exceptions.
Are Upgrades Available?
Currently, we offer the following brand new items as upgrades for computers:
CD Burners, DVD Burners, Modems, Optical Mice and Wireless Network Cards.
For Laptops we offer: Wireless PCMCIA Cards, Network PCMCIA Cards, and
Modem PCMCIA Cards.
How long will it take for me to receive my item?
After you have checked out, orders typically take 3 days to ship from our Toronto or New York processing warehouses. We ship all larger items via UPS
ground delivery. Smaller items may be sent via Canada Post Express within Canada. Please note that our office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and most national
holidays.
Why do you charge sales tax on Canadian purchases?
Warehouse Point is a incorporated company of Ontario, Canada and
is registered across Canada. We are thus obliged to collect GST in
Canada and the applicable Provincial sales tax for the destination
Province. (5% SK) (7% BC, MB) (8% NB, NL, NS, ON) (7.5% QC) (10% PE).
During our checkout the applicable tax amount for the address will
be calculated.
What charges are applied to orders shipping to the United States?
Only the posted shipping charge is applicable, and there are no further
charges.
Does shipping include insurance?
Yes, all our shipments are insured for the full value of the product
and is included in the price of the item.
Can I purchase an extended warranty?
Yes, we offer warranty extensions on our computers, monitors, and laptops.
Please call us at 1-866-871-1674 to add it to your order. This warranty covers
all costs for parts, service, or replacement as well as return shipping
back to you. After the initial 7 day period from receipt you would assume
the cost of shipping the product to our Toronto or New York processing
warehouse (whatever is easier) and we will cover the cost of shipping
the repaired or replaced unit back to you.
I live in Alaska, Hawaii, NWT, Yukon, or Nunavut, what will my shipping fee be?

If I am not happy with my item what will be done to take care of that?
Warehouse Point offers a 7 Day satisfaction guarantee on all product as well as our minimum 60 day warranty. Shipping fees are non-refundable except due
to damage or defect. If you are not happy with your purchase we will work with you until you are satisfied!
Is shipping the same for Canada as it is for the USA?
Shipping costs are not always the same and we ask that you check the shipping section of the eBay listing.
What is my tracking #?
Our system will automatically email you a tracking number the next business day after shipment if you use our checkout service. This is sent to the
registered eBay email address. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us and we will be happy to provide it.
What do I do if my product is malfunctioning upon receiving?
If your product is malfunctioning please contact us by phone 1-866-871-1674
or email us through the eBay Contact Us links to arrange for technical
support. We can also have customer service arrange for a refund or replacement
of the item to get you up and going quickly..
Can I get expedited shipping for my item, such as next day air?
In most cases it is extremely expensive to use expedited service for larger items. Smaller items can receive next day shipping when available to your
location but please contact us directly to arrange this.
I live near Toronto, can I just come in and pick my item up?
Our processing center in Markham, Ontario does allow for pickups directly
from the shipping department. There are no retail facilities at this location
and pickups must be pre-arranged by phone. There is no charge for pickups
but please allow 2-3 business days to process the order before it is available.
Pick-ups are available Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday.
I bid on and won the wrong item, what do I do?
eBay bids are legally binding agreements to purchase. Warehouse Point has to
pay eBay fees for each sale. The only way to receive a refund on these
fees is to file a "non-paying bidder alert", which impacts negatively
on you as a buyer. Please be careful with your bids to make sure that
you are bidding correctly. If, for some reason, you are not able to buy
an item for a winning auction, contact us through the eBay Contact Us
links as soon as possible and let us know the reason. We will probably
be able to come up with an agreeable solution.
