It really hurts to receive something that is actually broken or defective. That is why I replace at no cost to the buyer. I have been there - my first eBay purchase over 10 years ago was a Green 55 Chevy that had a actual broken hood ornament and the seller would not even communicate with me - and I will never forget him!!  I am a small one man operation and this is how I make a living.  For this reason I ask that you help me.  If you receive something that looks like it may be broken (i.e. part loose in box) please, take a look at it. It really hurts to replace something that has a part that simply "fell off" during shipping. I have done that. It also hurts to replace something that is said to be scratched only to find a small "scuff mark" that easily came off with a tiny bit of auto polish. I have also done that. Should you make a purchase you will receive a message direct from eBay with important information. The message is mentioned at the beginning of the description of this item.
