Clown Costume Ruffle and Yoyo Poms.
 
This ruffle is multicolored and
made of a chiffon type fabric that
is crinkled.  It also has small shiny
silver specks all over the fabric.
 
Elasticized at the neck.
Ties at the back with ties. 
This ruffle comes with 3 Yoyo poms.  These are
light blue and have bright multicolored buttons.
They have a dark blue star background.
Yoyo's are pinned onto your shirt.
 
Yoyos pin onto any shirt.
 
Shirt not included.
