This is a NWT Forwear New York Silver tone chain & heart Accent Skirt, retail tag $152.00    It is in great new condition no flaws, odors or damage, clean & ready to wear. Smoke free home.  It has a V fringe edge, the color is a blend of black & taupe, It is lined. Size 8

 Fabric is 80% polymid, 10% viscose, 10% acrylic

Length = 30"

15" = across the front @ waist

Measurements are done flat not stretched
