Shipping

We ship Worldwide & we ship FAST! After cleared payment is received, your item is shipped within 24 hours.
We do not make money on our shipping prices. We offer the rates that are given to us by UPS and Canada Post.
Most of our items are shipped with UPS to the United States and Canada Post to Canada. 
Shipping time to Canada and the United States is 3-7 business days to most major cities from the day it gets shipped. Some outer areas may take 1-2 days extra.
Tracking number and Insurance is always included to the United States and Canada.
To our United States customers, items that have lower shipping options are shipped with USPS. Please note that option doesn't include tracking number and no guarantee of shipping time. could take up to 17-20 business days. Your best bet is the UPS option! We wont be able to ship to Po Box with UPS!
For international buyers, your items are shipped via Canada Post. All international orders are shipped by air mail and shipping time is from 8-20 business days. 
Insurance is included for international orders but no tracking number. Shipping international orders with tracking number is very expensive so we offer the lowest shipping price possible by regular air mail.
All our items are shipped in boxes and if needed bubble wrap for protect your Toys and Collectables. It's safe!

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 7 days of receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Items must be returned with the original packaging and all pieces or parts must be included.
