After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-Out Now with Paypal! If you are the winner of an auction, or you have made a Buy It Now purchase, you may click the pay now button at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process.

Call Us with Credit Card Info! Please call 1-800-586-4479 and one of our staff members will be happy to take your call.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from Trenz Shirt Company. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout and a combined invoice will be sent to your e-mail address! This is the only way that we can combine s/h for you.

Payment Options:

PayPal and credit cards are the preferred payment methods. Pay with PayPal or by credit card for quickest delivery. Sorry, we don't accept personal checks, but you can use an eCheck if paying through PayPal.



Non-Payment:

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the close of auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the auction will be canceled and a "non-paying bidder" claim will be filed with eBay. This filing is required by eBay to recover Trenz Shirt Company's fees incurred by the sale of the merchandise on eBay. Buyer may choose to reimburse these fees to Trenz Shirt Company in lieu of the non-paying bidder claim being filed. eBay does not allow sellers to “cancel” a sale (this is for the buyer’s protection). Purchases made “accidentally” or by someone else using the buyer’s eBay account are the responsibility of the buyer.


  Sales Tax
For shipments to Maine addresses, we are required by State law to collect 5% Sales Tax.

We ship PROMPTLY ... just check our feedback! Most items leave our warehouse in 24-48 hours! We do combine s/h so please wait until you are done shopping before checking out. This is the only way we can combine s/h for you.

Delivery Confirmation, Undeliverable, and “Lost” Merchandise:

Merchandise that is confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout by USPS is the responsibility of the buyer and not subject to refund or replacement. Buyer should contact their USPS postman to attempt to locate the delivered merchandise. Merchandise returned to Trenz Shirt Company as “undeliverable” for any reason will be re-shipped to a valid address if buyer pays for re-shipment. Merchandise may be considered “lost” if no tracking or delivery confirmation is available. Merchandise shipped domestically is not considered “lost” until 30 days after shipping. Merchandise shipped internationally is not considered “lost” until 60 days after shipping. Lost merchandise will be replaced (if available) after specified time period has elapsed if buyer pays for re-shipment. All replacements are subject to availability.

Returns:

Returns accepted for any reason within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping. Flawed or misrepresented items are not subject to restocking fee. Refunds given for damaged items when damage is reported within 7 days of delivery. Refund amount does not include any shipping upgrades purchased at checkout.
