Production Time
5 business days per order. Business days do not include holidays and weekends, shipping transit time or time creating proof or awaiting proof approval. Production time begins on the first business day following date of proof approval. For quicker processing buyers are urged to respond to emails as quickly as possible. Rush orders will require a 5.00 Rush order fee. Buyers should anticpate a full 5 day shipping transit time when determining if production time and shipping transit time may cause the item to not arrive in time for your event.

Refund/Exchange Policy:
Contact me within 3 days of receiving your order with any concerns. Many times a reprint can remedy the particular problem and I will do this gladly at no charge to reprint and mail replacements provided the reprint is to correct a significant printing error (misalignment, misspellings, wrong graphic etc.,).

Shipping:
I will provide proof of shipment upon request. Once the package leaves my hands and enters into the US Postal Service system I will not be held responsible for loss in the mail or non-receipt claims. Buyer, at buyer's expense, has the option to upgrade shipping to a service that has tracking capability. Any preferred shipment other than stated in this auction must be discussed and agreed upon between buyer and seller prior to completing the transaction. Insurance is at the buyers option and is available through the check-out process. Please contact me prior to bidding for any questions regarding refund/shipping terms.
