The Desert Sail Skiff has  a working gang plank,  fins and a sail with Boba Fett on the box as the pilot. 

Released in 1984, the Desert Sail Skiff was not on the market for long and so is a fairly rare vehicle. This is a Canadian Kenner piece with both English and French on the box
