Up for auction is a boxed vintage Union Products, Inc. of Leominster, Mass. lighted blowmold Christmas Tree.  Still has the original instructions stating that the tree should have 30 lights light plugs but alas, this tree only has 21.  Still lights up pretty with the bulbs missing. You could always turn it around to one side so that the missing bulbs are not seen. You could even try to find some replacements at your local thrift stores. This tree stands almost 13" tall.
